But before we get into that, let me share a quick story with you…
There I was, a burned out employee trying to start my own business coaching practice.
The thing is, at the time, I was the primary breadwinner and I was needing to match my corporate income on a consistent basis .
The big problem was that I had hit the wall on making someone else’s dreams come true. That meant needing to find a way to use my gifts and talents to earn, without my income bucket emptying out.

Then, as if by chance, something amazing happened…
That’s when I got an email with the golden ticket that was going to forge the path to my freedom!
It was now crystal clear to me how to make more money with the gifts and talents I had cultivated around selling, because I saw I could not only choose my income, but also when and how I worked.
I also learned that anyone can be good at sales, even if you are an introvert. You simply need to get the right tools to allow you confidently talk about other people’s money and help them choose to invest in themselves.
As a result I partnered with a company that built sales teams for 7 figure mission driven and service based entrepreneurs.
After I did that, I started building successful, soul centered, sales teams from every day people (no previous sales experience required…just a good heart)
Suddenly, I was making millions of dollars more for these entrepreneurs and helping the men and women on my teams build more freedom with fulfilling careers.  Some of them even started their own businesses as a result!

That’s when I realized that the secret to figure out how I could afford to stop working for others and go out on my own was to take the skills I had used to become successful in my career and go freelance with them to help others be successful in their businesses.

My plan was to start bringing this process and the skills I had created to 5 and 6 figure entrepreneurs so they could convert more leads to buyers in their businesses and get to 7 figures faster.
So I started hosting free mini workshops about how to overcome objections during sales conversations. 

But it didn’t stop there…
We then started teaching about other parts of the sales process.
After that, we created a 1/2 day experience to teach business owners my whole proprietary sales process to get more people to say yes without feeling salesy or pushy. The very same process I used when training my 7 figure sales teams.

But there was still a problem…
Business owners needed more support and integration time for what they were learning. They needed to better understand the mistakes they were making and how to diagnose the heart of the problem in their system not just treat symptoms. Everyone agreed the information they were getting was incredible, valuable, and previously missing from their business. They knew they needed to implement all of it, but it was too much in a sitting. They got fire hosed….which lead to overwhelm. Overwhelm lead to them not taking action or implementing, let alone integrating what they learned. It became ‘shelf help’.  Knowledge acquired, but not used. 

We still needed to get bigger results…
We knew it was application and integration that was most needed, and then started teaching about other parts of the sales process..
Building on that success, We chose to an 8 week immersion experience to ensure they had everything they needed to open their ‘buyers gate’ and confidently implement and integrate what they learned in nutrient dense, snack size bites.
We chose to call it “Sales Mastery Secrets”. 
We thought if we could create something that would make it possible to make any business owner or entrepreneur a sales person in their own business, they would increase cash flow and freedom.  It is a win for all.
After building out a curriculum that was user friendly to even the most sales averse introvert, testing with entrepreneurs and much feedback and re configuring how to make a sales system anyone can implement, ‘Sales Mastery’ became a very powerful set of tools in the pockets of entrepreneurs. 

I can now turn anyone into a confident sales maven or master without them feeling sleazy or sales-ey. 
We then started to let other small business owners who were having their own sales conversations use Sales Mastery Secrets.
